Mary's Upcoming Seminars!

Mary is making her way around the country (and the world.) Be on the lookout for her to come to your local studio...or come to San Francisco and take her seminar at the end of October!

Here's her upcoming schedule:

Sept. 25 - Kansas City Bikram Yoga - Lawrence, Kansas (A One Day Seminar that will run from about 11am to 5pm. Mary will also be judging the competition on Sept. 24!)

BIG NEWS!! MARY WILL BE HOSTING A SEMINAR AT HER OWN SCHOOL!!

Hey Everyone! Big News for Global Yoga! Mary's going to do a seminar at her own school!!! Finally!!

The seminar will be at the end of October, around the weekend of the 28th. Stay tuned for more details!

The seminar will be a morning Bikram Yoga Class taught by Mary. This will definitely go longer than 90 minutes. Be prepared.

Then following the class and a light lunch will be a Posture Class.

The Mary Seminar is coming to Kansas!

Mary will be doing a One-Day Seminar at Kansas City Bikram Yoga on Sunday September 25th.

It will run from 11am to 5pm.

The cost is $100. Reserve a spot by emailing kcbikramyoga@gmail.com or by calling 816-931-9642.

The seminar will consist of a morning Bikram Yoga Class taught by Mary and then an afternoon Posture Clinic.
