The weekend Holiday schedule is as follows:

Friday 7/1 - 6am, 930am, 230pm & 430pm (NO 630PM)

Saturday 7/2 - 7am, 9am, 11am, & 430pm

Sunday 7/3 - 7am, 9am & 11am (NO 5PM)

Monday 7/4 - 8am, 10am

Global Yogi Kareem "Hard Hitta" Mayfield Wins Big Bout!

The official Pugilist of Global Yoga, Kareem "Hard Hitta" Mayfield wins in what is the most significant fight of his career...thanks to the yoga. His competitor was temporarily caught off guard when Kareem suddenly went into a camel pose in the middle of the fight! As his competitor was uttering the words, "What the fu*%?" Kareem got back up and delivered a series of namaste-filled punches before the fight had to be ended. Kareem won by technical knock-out in the 10th round. After the fight, Kareem said, "I didn't know fights could go to 10 rounds." Do more camels, Champ! Oh, and congratulations!

Gloria and Chaukei win 2nd and 3rd Place at the Championship!

Congrats to Gloria and Chaukei who were one of the dozens of champions who trained at Global Yoga before heading down to the Yoga Asana International Championship this past weekend in L.A.

Gloria came in second place and Chaukei came in third.

Mary To Lead Coaches Clinic in L.A.!

Mary will be leading the Coaches Clinic following the International Asana Competition in L.A. on Tuesday, June 21st. One of Bikram's most senior teachers and one of Mary's close friends MaryAnne Nassa will be assisting!

Mary will be showing how to coach Yoga Champions without injuring them. She's had some experience as she's trained over 7 world champions and hundreds of regional and bronze and silver international champions.

Global Yogi Leslie about to give birth!

Global Yogi Leslie is expecting her first child in the next three weeks. Be on the lookout for her pregnancy yoga photos. Leslie proves that just because you're pregnant doesn't mean you can't practice yoga! Way to go, Leslie!

Global Yogi Pugilist Kareem Mayfield's Big Fight on ESPN!

Ever see the student with the hazmat suit on in class. Or the full-on sweat pants and hooded sweat-shirt in the super crowded, super humid classes?

That's our student Kareem Mayfield, welterweight undefeated boxing champion otherwise known as "Hard Hitta." And he's in training for his next fight on Friday, June 17, on ESPN 2!

International Yoga Champion Kasper visits Global Yoga!

The world Champ will be practicing at Global Yoga for the next couple of days until the yoga competition in L.A. Come practice with Kasper. Draft off the yoga energy of the world Champ!

This Saturday, June 11th, the 4:30pm Class is CANCELLED. This is ONLY for this coming Saturday. Normal schedule resumes Sunday, June 11.
